    Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

     

    Employment Type: Direct Placement

     

    Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site

    About the Role:

    You’ll provide personalized financial services to members, act as a trusted advisor, originate investment-quality loans, and participate in real estate business development activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Recommend financial solutions to improve members’ situations

    + Originate investment-quality loans

    + Build strong relationships with branch staff and processors

    + Participate in real estate business development

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to attain NMLS license

    + 1+ year mortgage experience

    + 2+ years in financial services

    + Excellent customer service skills

    Preferred:

    + Associate’s degree in finance/business

    + 5+ years mortgage lending experience

    + Familiarity with loan products (1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
