We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Formulation Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Weston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

+ Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance

+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materials

+ Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specifications

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards

+ Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

+ Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

+ Identify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

+ Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred

+ Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment

+ Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

+ Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

+ Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Knowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferred

+ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
