    Job Summary

    Service Line Specialist Role with SPE Sales Americas Pool

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the development and implementation of mobility strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.

    + Oversee business monitoring processes to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobility solutions into existing systems and workflows.

    + Provide expert guidance on mobility trends and technologies to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all mobility-related activities.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

    + Monitor and analyze mobility data to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making.

    + Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the seamless operation of mobility platforms and applications.

    + Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of mobility initiatives.

    + Drive continuous improvement in mobility services through innovation and adoption of best practices.

    + Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities in mobility solutions.

    + Evaluate and select vendors and partners to support mobility projects and initiatives.

    + Report on the progress and outcomes of mobility projects to senior management.

    Qualifications

    + Possess a strong background in business monitoring and mobility solutions with at least 15 years of experience.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent communication skills in reading writing and speaking.

    + Have a proven track record of successfully implementing mobility strategies in a hybrid work environment.

    + Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret mobility data and drive strategic decisions.

    + Show expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

    + Display a deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to mobility.
