CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Construction Inspector to support Outside Plant (OSP) fiber optic projects, including FTTH, MDU, and FTTB builds. This role requires daily travel to job sites within the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area and active onsite presence.

**Location:** Scranton, PA

_Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Scranton, PA_

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** M–F, 8am–5pm

**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and report daily vendor activities for fiber optic construction projects

+ Review drawings and specifications to ensure project compliance

+ Inspect construction quality and enforce customer/industry standards

+ Use Sitetracker to report production and track material inventory

+ Direct contractor activities and respond to Project Manager needs

+ Maintain safety compliance on all job sites

Requirements:

+ Valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record

+ Ability to travel daily and work onsite in varying weather conditions

+ Physical ability to walk up to 5 miles/day and perform site tasks

+ Ability to read FTTX prints and use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

+ Strong communication, collaboration, and independent work skills

+ Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed
