Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Global Security Technology Coordinator to join our Global Security team located in New Brunswick, NJ.
The Global Security Technology Coordinator (GSTC) provides administrative support for the technology division of Global Security.
While upholding the values of Our Credo, the GSTC role supports software administration, documentation, and reporting metrics for the Global Security Technology strategy.
Within the current Global Security technology landscape are the following capabilities categories:
+ Access Management (AM),
+ Video and CCTV Management (VM),
+ Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS),
+ Visitor Management (VS),
+ Emergency Communication (EC),
+ Incident Case Management (IM),
+ Business Travel Security (BTS),
+ Threat Intelligence (TI),
+ Risk Assessment applications (RA), and
+ Hard and software maintenance and problem resolution strategy (TM)
The GSTC reports to the Global Security Senior Manager Technology and Innovation with dotted lines to the Regional Security Technology Advisors.
The role interacts with Global Security, Corporate Business Technology, Information Security & Risk Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and Property Services, Environment Health and Safety, Human Resources, Brand Protection, Quality, Supply Chain. External partnership interactions will include Security Integrators and other Physical Security suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support Global Security Technology through metrics reporting and dashboard creation.
+ Organize and maintain relevant documentation in support of Global Security Technology initiatives and advancements. Assist with authoring documentation as needed.
+ Perform administration of Global Security business applications such as Incident Management, Emergency Communications, and Risk Intelligence/Management software products.
+ Coordinate Global Security Technology meetings, conferences, and other related events.
+ Build and support relationships with various internal departments and external service providers to ensure little to no disruption in the daily functions of business operations.
+ Assist in coordination efforts for global security technology solution deployments in partnership with Regional Security Technology Advisors.
Qualifications:
+ A high school degree is required; A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Degrees in business administration, Criminal Justice, Security, or related field are a plus.
+ A minimum of 5 years of similar experience is required.
+ Experience with Physical Security software and applications for incident management, emergency communications, risk assessments, video management, and access control.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerBI dashboards and Powerpoint presentations.
+ Demonstrated ability in an administrative capacity supporting senior management is required.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are required.
+ Proven track record in supporting and fulfilling administrative tasks for functional teams.
+ Experience with global organizations is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$50,000-$80,500
