Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
+ + SAP Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for working with the customer and a project team to define data requirements to construct V2X’s SAP Business Warehouse. Working with the Data Architects and SAP Business Analysts, SAP BI/BW Specialists will facilitate a series of workshops to define the Agency’s Reporting requirements, design the SAP data warehouse, support the selection and implementation of reporting and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
+ + Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements and design, develop, test, document, and support mission-related deliverables, Reporting and Analytics Solutions
+ Design and implement efficient data models in SAP BW/4Hana to support reporting and analytics needs.
+ Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of SAP BW/4Hana solutions.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for SAP S/4Hana BW/SAC solutions, including technical specifications, data models, and system configurations.
+ Stay current with SAP BW/4Hana best practices and new features to continuously improve our solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4Hana BW/SAC solutions.
+ SAP Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence (BI/BW) application and reporting analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement
+ Support Reporting and Analytics projects, which may integrate data and functionality from non-SAP application systems
+ Provide day-to-day sustainment support related to the ongoing operation
+ Work with the department users to develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions blending SAP and non-SAP data
+ Develop migration strategies and project plans tailored to specific SAP environments
+ Implement security measures to protect SAP BW/SAC systems and data
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
+ Conduct security assessments and audits
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP administrators, developers, functional analysts, and configuration analysts
+ Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in technology, processes, and procedures
+ Share knowledge and expertise through training and documentation
+ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation, as well as continuous learning and improvement, are encouraged
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
+ + Education:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, OR High School diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
+ Experience:
+ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP BW/4Hana Architect or similar role, with at least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP BW solutions
+ Strong understanding of SAP BW/4Hana architecture, data modeling concepts, and best practices.
+ Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities professionally
+ Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4Hana implementation, including designing and configuring InfoObjects, InfoProviders, Calculation Views, and data extraction processes.
+ Experience with SAP HANA database technology is highly desirable, as well as SAP BW certification.
+ SLT experience, nice to have.
+ Other Requirement:
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
+ Software:
+ Documentation software, MS Office Suite, communication tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), diagraming tools (e.g., MS Visio), storage solutions, documentation templates, and reference/training materials.
+ Technology:
+ Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
+ Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation tailored to different audiences, including IT professionals and end-users.
+ Strong organizational skills to categorize, structure, and maintain documentation in a logical and accessible manner, using appropriate tools and platforms.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can effectively evaluate information/data to make decisions.
+ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex IT systems and processes, identify documentation needs, and propose effective solutions.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
+ USD $ 90,000 - 145,000
+ Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
