Maersk Ground Freight (MGF)offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload),brokerage,cross-border trucking,groupage,andsortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses ordepots orcross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. JobSummary:
ThejoboftheTerritoryManageristodefine,developandmanageoperationsandcustomersupport programs to support and meet Pilot Last Miles mission and goals for service quality, customersatisfactionand profitability. Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel atdifferent locations.
EssentialFunctions:
+ ResponsibleforcoordinatingflowforcommunicationbetweenHaulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, CallCenterand Local Client Management Teams
+ Provideson-sitepresenceondaily,weekly,orbi-weeklybasistoensureHaulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures
+ Overseesrecruiting,processing,andperformanceofHaulers
+ Developsandmaintainsrelationswithvendors
+ Ensuresfollowuponshippingdiscrepancies,damagedgoodsandin-homedamageclaims
+ Interfaceswithendcustomerstoensureeffectivein-homedeliveryforcustomers
+ Maintainsmonthlyoperationreportsthatincludestatisticsandcustomerservicescores
+ Otherdutiesasassigned

$100,000-$120,000
