    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our government clients that works in the Enterprise Program Management sector. The role is contributing to the research team and key business units, including Health, Services, IMD, and Legal. This role will ensure workflow continuity during a senior BA’s leave of absence while contributing to multiple projects across the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with research teams and business units to gather requirements and provide analytical support, creating and managing surveys in Qualtrics, building and maintaining dashboards from survey data, and interpreting results to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The position also involves utilizing MS Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentations, as well as assisting with operational tasks to maintain smooth workflows.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

     

    - 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics (survey creation, data analysis, dashboard building).

     

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

     

    - Strong flexibility, adaptability, and team collaboration skills.

     

    - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. - Business Analyst certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar).

     

    - Previous experience in government operations or similar regulated environments.
