Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines for complex aerospace components. You will work primarily in a desk-based environment, programming from solid models and occasionally interacting with the shop floor to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs for Haas VMCs, UMCs, and Lathes, as well as Mikron machines.
Program for Nickel and Titanium components; secondary materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and tool steel.
Utilize Mastercam (v22–24) as primary software; OpenMind HyperMill experience is acceptable.
Specify tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to meet customer specifications.
Collaborate with leads and operators to optimize setups and ensure quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives once programming backlog is cleared.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of CNC programming experience (3-, 4-, and 5-axis).
Strong background in aerospace manufacturing; ITAR familiarity required.
Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Mastercam (2022–2024 versions); knowledge of OpenMind HyperMill is a plus.
Experience programming for Nickel and Titanium components.
Familiarity with Haas and Mikron machine controls.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and solid models.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
