    What you will do

    + Restock medications in automated dispensing machines at inpatient hospice facilities.

    + Receive and document medication restock packages upon arrival at the facility.

    + Verify medication expiration dates and remove expired products following safety protocols.

    + Complete required sign-offs for all restocked medications before leaving the site.

    + Prepare and ship expired medications back to the pharmacy.

    + Select, count, and verify medications using established procedures and maintain accurate records.

    + Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant dispensing machine and report binder.

    + Assist with general inventory counts and inventory control processes.

    + Partner with pharmacy and hospice teams to resolve restocking or inventory needs.

    + Adhere to HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.

    What we look for

    + Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare setting.

    + Knowledge of pharmacy or medical terminology, abbreviations, and symbols.

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Ability to use web-based tools and basic software systems.

    + Excellent communication and listening skills.

    + High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

    + Experience with automated dispensing machines preferred.

    + Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
