    Description

    Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:Brewster, NYPay:$20-$25 per hour

     

    On-Site / Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 5:00PM

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Process ACH transactions, credit card payments, cash, and check deposits accurately and on time

    + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams

    + Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and compliance

    + Promote electronic payment methods and support customers with payment inquiries

    + Assist with reporting, account reconciliations, and weekly task rotations across the AR department

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively
