Your Responsibilities

As a **Senior Software Engineer** for **John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group** located in **Urbandale, Iowa** you will:

+ Guide new feature implementation with direction from Product

+ Improve and monitor workflows to maintain high availability and uptime

+ Manage full stack applications with guidance from internal teams

+ Lead the implementation/maintainability of core infrastructure

What Skills You Need

+ 4 or more years of experience coding in React, JavaScript, Node and/or Java

+ 4 or more years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Github Actions, Playwright, Cypress, etc)

+ Experience in state management systems (Redux, MobX, etc)

+ Experience in developing scalable data pipelines.

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design

+ Experience with API design and governance

+ Experience with Spring or Hapi

+ Experience with leading implementations on team and communicating with stakeholders

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
