WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Project Coordinator** for our **Lambert Airport Program Management** in **St. Louis, MO** . Be involved in Lambert Airport program and related projects and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact

+ Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program.

+ Support Project Management with contract administration.

+ Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans.

+ Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects.

+ Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements.

+ Prepares project related reports and analysis.

+ Assist with document controls in support of the project execution.

+ Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma

+ 7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field

+ Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

+ Demonstrated creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments.

+ Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc.
