    Description

    The Orthopaedic Surgery department is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant. You will assist with various administrative tasks. Primary duties include:

     

    - Managing office supplies

     

    - Managing active records on internal systems

     

    - Figure preparation, protocols, and note curation

     

    - Performing literature research, writing and proof-reading scientific articles and materials

     

    - Other administrative duties as assigned

     

    Salary range: $17.90/hr - $26/hr

     

    Please note: this is a student position

    Qualifications

    Must be a current UCLA Student

     

    Ability to proofread very detailed materials

     

    Ability to organize and track multiple records and requests

     

    Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff

     

    Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks

     

    Strong communication skills to interact with others
