    + This role is a member of the Drug and Alcohol Team within the People/HR Division.

    + This role will administer our testing program policies and procedures for pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-incident, random and follow-up drug and alcohol testing, including tracking paperwork, communications, and preparation of required reports, including those for audits.

    What you'll do

    + Daily coordination with Third Party Administrator (TPA), Medical Review Officer (MRO), collectors, clinic staff, operational management, and other vendors for test results and any related issues

    + Use company personnel data management tools and scheduling tools to verify/correct team member testing information

    + Facilitate and coordinate regulatory training as needed

    + Receive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing programs

    + Assess and provide Pre-employment clearances to Talent Services and field managers

    + Complete requests from other companies for drug/alcohol records on former employees

    + Verify/add testing records in the Drug & Alcohol system

    + Prepare follow-up items with regard to affidavits and certificates of corrections to collection vendor

    + Review/verify invoices and prepare for Manager's approval

    + Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits and prepare reports for regular internal audits, and prepare audit reports for annual FAA inspections

    + May be responsible for the collection of drug and/or alcohol testing (training provided) as well as other related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Above average proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    + Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative/clerical role in an office environment

    + Excellent organization and time management skills; a driven self-starter

    + Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, employees, managers and other stakeholders

    + Must possess the ability to make sound decisions

    •​​​​​​** **Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Airline experience

    + Certifications in Compliance or Drug and Alcohol Programs desired preferred

    + Previous experience with Drug/Alcohol programs, Compliance, or Human Resources experience is a plus

    + College degree and/or courses in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant areas preferred

    + Working knowledge of Substance Abuse Provider (SAP) is preferred

    + Working experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information preferred

    + Knowledge of DOT 49 CFR Part 40 Drug & Alcohol regulations

    + Knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 121 Subpart E and F regulations

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language

    + Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business

    + Ability to interpret and explain complex legal and/or regulatory terminology

    + Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data

    + Ability to address abnormalities or other collection issues

    + Ability to complete Data Entry

    + Ability to complete Filing/Scanning/Faxing

    + Ability to travel (5%-25% of schedule)

    + Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) as applicable

    + Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges as applicable

    + Ability to be detail oriented

    + Must be honest and have integrity

    + bility to work independently with minimum supervision

    + Ability to have multi-tasking abilities
