    + Partner with our People organization, facilitating communications to ensure team members are familiar with the organization's policies, goals and expectations

    + Serve as a strategic counselor to the businesses you support

    + Oversee communications strategy for multiple areas

    + Lead a team of communications professionals

    + Develop relationships and growth for the team

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience/training

    + 7+ years of relevant experience in communications in a corporate, agency or newsroom setting

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Previous work experience with consumer media

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Proven success in developing and executing internal and external communications strategies for large organizations

    + Ability to produce a broad range of communication vehicles, including press releases, reactive statements, presentations, executive communications, social posts, intranet pages, webcasts and blogs

    + Executive presence and ability to work among C- and VP-level customers

    + Experience leading staff and developing their careers with care

    + Strong team player with the ability to work successfully at all levels of the organization

    + Ability to lead tasks, manage processes, analyze and problem-solve, working independently as well as in a group

    + Thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere where you work under pressure and can meet critical deadlines

    + Must have excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines effectively, efficiently and independently

    + Strong analytical skills, quantitative ability, solution and detail-oriented

    + High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

    + Strong ability to influence or negotiate with stakeholders dealing with competing priorities

    + Capable of anticipating needs and driving clarity on expectations
