    Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment

    **Location:** LaVista Family - 96th & Giles

    **Schedule:** 4-10s (Wednesday's Off)

    Job Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

    + Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

    + Completion of IV Therapy Course

    Pay Range

    $20.86 - $29.46 /hour
