    Our client, an industry leader in security hardware and electronic systems, is seeking a Security Hardware/Access Control Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Security Hardware/Access Control Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced security systems, ensuring safety and operational efficiency across multiple client properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Security Hardware/Access Control Technician

    **Location:** Anaheim, CA

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage, troubleshoot, and repair security access control hardware including electrified door systems, key boxes, and badge card readers.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and keep stock of all security hardware components.

    + Respond promptly to repair requests and document issue status using work order systems.

    + Diagnose electronic issues through testing, schematics, and manuals, ensuring minimal downtime.

    + Support emergency responses and work during scheduled shifts, including graveyard hours after training.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum two years of relevant experience in security hardware or access control systems.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electronics and electrical safety procedures.

    + Valid CA driver’s license or equivalent.

    + Ability to obtain Lenel Certification within the first two years of employment (training provided).
