Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting community upkeep and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Tech II

**Location:** Clearwater, FL

**Pay Range:** $18

**Shift:** Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform plumbing repairs and replacements, including faucets and toilets

+ Handle electrical tasks such as replacing outlets and fixtures, and understanding breaker systems

+ Oversee community curb appeal by trash pickup, groundskeeping, and landscaping

+ Complete clean outs of homes and finish work orders efficiently

+ Read water meters and conduct routine inventory checks on equipment and supplies

What's Needed?

+ 2-3 years of experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance

+ 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing

+ Ability to be physically active, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

+ Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Willingness to learn and use basic technology and a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
