    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1 to join their dedicated team. As a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1, you will be an integral part of the Data Center Operations team supporting logistical and technical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1

    **Location:** Northlake, IL

    **Duration:** 6+ Months on W2

    **Pay Range:** 25 - $27/hr + Benefits & PTO

     

    Day Shift: 12-hrs

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform physical inventory tracking and staging to ensure accurate data management

    + Coordinate and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities

    + Assist with inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and compliance audits within the Data Center environment

    + Handle material movement tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management following standard procedures

    + Support the destruction of data-bearing devices in accordance with documented procedures and runbooks

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or related fields within an IT environment

    + Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    + Previous experience working in a data center environment is preferred

    + Ability to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and manage time effectively
