Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our International Seller Services team in Seattle, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrative Professional who has worked in a global work environment and has successfully been able to deliver on complex initiatives autonomously. They will be a proactive, detail oriented and experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively- while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, and most importantly grace under pressure within in a fast-paced, goal-focused, and highly distributed team work environment.
Finally, the ideal candidate will be someone who wants to build a deep, trusting, and long-term partnership with the Directors; and is excited about the opportunity to build and scale a high functioning global organization. Over time they will have the opportunity to make a wide range of unsupervised decisions to drive the organization into new heights and be a key facilitator in driving overall organization productivity, efficiency, atmosphere and good-will.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
