Pay Range for this opportunity: $50 to $100 per hour DOE

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Why You’re the Star of the Show)

As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll be the hands-on expert making a real impact in patient lives. Your day-to-day will include:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care

Interpreting clinical data and acting quickly and appropriately

Guiding and educating patients and families through treatment and recovery

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans

Teaching and mentoring staff — formally or on the fly

Keeping documentation clear, thorough, and timely

Responding to emergencies with calm confidence

Promoting a safe and supportive work environment while looking for opportunities to improve care delivery

Leading by example — in professionalism, communication, and teamwork

Must-Haves to Join the Team:

Active CA Registered Nurse License (RN)

**BLS Certification** (American Heart Association)

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication – you're clear, compassionate, and collaborative

Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning

Bonus Points If You Have:

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Experience teaching, mentoring, or participating in unit-based quality initiatives

Familiarity with Shared Governance practices and professional development activities

**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
