Job Title: Assembler Panel Builder
Job Description
The Assembler Panel Builder is responsible for both mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment. This role requires experience in assembling frames and cabinets for control panels, as well as wiring electrical components. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble frames and cabinets for control panels using mechanical assembly techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Use hand tools, drills, screwdrivers, and other tools to complete assembly tasks.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics for precise electrical assembly.
+ Select appropriate wire gauge and size for specific applications.
+ Wire electrical components on panel enclosures accurately.
+ Cut wires to exact dimensions and ensure correct wiring of the box.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Stand for 8-10 hours per day during the assembly process.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
+ Knowledge of wire gauge and sizing.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2-3 years of panel building experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong preference for experience in a panel shop.
+ Familiarity with point-to-point wiring.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
