    Job Title: Process Operator

    Job Description

    We are at the forefront of Ethanol production, supplying our products to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. Key suppliers include notable names in the industry. As a Process Operator, you will engage in various duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves.

    + Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift.

    + Monitor and check temperatures of bearings.

    + Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

    + Operate and work on a DCS system to oversee production tasks.

    + Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in chemical handling and operations.

    + 3-5 years of LOTO experience.

    + 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + 5+ years of safety experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with chemical mixing, production, and fermentation.

    + Forklift operation experience (1+ year, training provided).

    + Experience operating boilers (1-2 years).

    + Willingness to learn and motivation to succeed.

    Work Environment

     

    Experience a dynamic work environment with rotating 12-hour shifts, alternating every six weeks. The schedule includes working on certain days with consecutive days off, ensuring a balanced work-life routine. Work in a climate-controlled, large facility alongside a team of 85 employees. Safety is paramount, requiring hard hats, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
