    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Worker in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This entry-level role involves working on the production floor, patching holes in concrete pipes using spatulas. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. As a general labor role, you will be on your feet all day, assisting with cleaning tasks at the end of shifts and occasionally filling in other areas as needed. The role requires working outside, enduring various weather conditions, and adapting to a manufacturing setting.

    Responsibilities

    + Patch holes in concrete pipes using spatulas.

    + Assist with cleaning tasks at the end of shifts.

    + Fill in other areas as needed.

    + Work outside in various weather conditions.

    + Maintain safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to stand on feet for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working 10-hour shifts.

    + Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

    + Willingness to learn and assist with cleaning tasks.

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, production, or inspection is beneficial but not required.

    + Comfortable with the use of hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is outdoors, requiring comfort in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. You will be on your feet for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing setting where safety is paramount. Proper personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, hard hats, and safety vests, is mandatory. We provide added fans for summer and heaters for winter to help manage temperatures.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jessup, MD.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54/hr.
