Job Title: Electronics Test Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Testing Technician to conduct functional testing and verification of new machine products to ensure they meet electrical, electronic, and software requirements before installation and deployment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct electrical and electronic testing of machines.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly diagrams.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

+ Configure and verify software systems and communications (Windows/Linux, networks, peripherals).

+ Complete test reports, validation results, and support integration improvements.

+ Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electronics and using test equipment such as oscilloscopes.

+ Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience with electronics testing, calibration, and validation.

+ Familiarity with electrical wiring and circuits.

+ Competence in operating systems like Windows and Linux, and communication networks.

+ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Education within the Electronics field is preferred.

+ Experience in testing, validation, or maintenance of electronic equipment.

+ Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.

+ Skilled in using measurement and diagnostic tools.

+ Preferred: Valid passport and ability to travel internationally to Spain for initial training lasting approximately 3-4 weeks.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled production facility currently located in the Overland Park/Lenexa area, moving to a new location on W 159th Street, Suite 200, Olathe, KS in Q2 2026. The environment is organized, nice, and laid-back with working shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, transitioning to two shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm when the move occurs. Flexibility to work either shift is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland Park, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
