    Laborer

    **Location:** Albany, MN

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

    **Pay:** $22–$25/hr

     

    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a hardworking General Laborer to join a feed mill operation. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail in a production environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Mix feed for cattle by emptying 50 lb bags into a mixer (approx. 50% of shift).

    + Assist mill operator with daily tasks and operations.

    + Use grain systems to fill trucks for next-day deliveries.

    + Operate forklift or onsite truck driving as needed.

    + Control grain flow systems from elevated positions near trucks.

    Qualifications

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

    + Experience in general labor or production environments.

    + Forklift operation experience preferred.

    + Comfortable working at heights and around heavy machinery.

    Work Environment

    + Feed mill setting with exposure to grain systems and machinery.

    + Must wear proper safety gear and follow all safety protocols.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sauk Centre, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
