    Account Manager (m/f/d) – Distribution & Artisans, Northern Germany

     

    Home-office based | ~70% travel

     

    We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurialAccount Manager (m/f/d) Distribution & Artisansto join our sales team in Northern Germany. In this role, you will take full ownership of your business results, shape growth strategies, drive commercial initiatives, and build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in the region.

    Your responsibilities

    As Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our business footprint. Your main tasks include:

     

    + Proactively identifying new business and sales opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies

    + Building and maintaining resilient, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers

    + Selling our products and solutions with a strong focus on strengthening long-term partnerships

    + Leading contract negotiations and defining commercial terms with customers

    + Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and customers

    + Achieving sales and profitability targets within your region

    + Monitoring market developments and competitive activities, and defining the right commercial measures

    + Conducting market and competitor analyses to guide strategic decisions

    + Maintaining high data quality and accurate documentation in Salesforce

     

    What you bring

     

    Qualifications & hard skills

     

    + Strong commercial acumen andminimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in thefood & beverage industry

    + A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training in the food industry

    + Fluent Germanand confidentEnglishcommunication skills

    + Solid knowledge ofMS Office, and ideally experience withSAPandSalesforce.com

    + Strong project management capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills

    + A valid driver’s license
