    Job Title: Wiring Assembler

    Job Description

    As a Wiring Assembler, you will be responsible for wiring panels and structures for custom orders. You will ensure the wiring area is kept clean and presentable for customers. Attention to detail is crucial as you will follow checklists, wiring labels, and bills of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Wire panels and structures according to custom orders.

    + Maintain a clean and organized wiring area for customer presentation.

    + Follow checklists, wiring labels, and bills of materials with precision.

    + Utilize basic tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, snips, and luggers for wiring tasks.

    + Interpret and understand electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with electrical assembly and wiring.

    + Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and schematics.

    + Familiarity with tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, snips, and luggers.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and labels.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing, commercial or industrial construction, HVAC, or vehicle electrical wiring.

    + Ability to solder, crimp, and perform mechanical and production tasks.

    + Experience in control panel and panel wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment offers both 1st and 2nd shift options. 1st shift operates Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM, while 2nd shift runs from 3:00 PM to 12:15 AM. The role involves working with various hand tools in a structured setting.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
