    What You’ll Do

     

    As a **Production Associate** , you will play a key role in manufacturing intricate medical components. Your responsibilities include:

     

    + Tracking multiple jobs through various stages of the manufacturing process.

    + Reviewing and interpreting work orders, job routing details, and process instructions.

    + Operating and monitoring machines, making minor adjustments as needed.

    + Reporting major machine issues promptly.

    + Setting up, running, and inspecting assemblies, including final packaging and preparing products for shipment.

    + Performing secondary operations such as assembly, trimming, cutting, grinding, and packaging.

    + Examining and testing components for quality, recording part counts and product dimensions.

    + Ability to learn and properly use tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.

    Physical & Technical Requirements

    + Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent eyesight (aided or unaided) for working with **very small components and fine wires** .

    + Comfortable handling delicate parts with precision and care.

    Skills & Experience

    + **Machine Operation** and **Assembly Experience** (2–3 years preferred).

    + Proficiency with **calipers, hand tools, and tape measures** .

    + Familiarity with production, inspection, and general labor tasks.

    + Ability to work with **small parts and wires** in a clean, detail-oriented environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Port Washington, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
