    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor the quality of products and stack orders according to daily requirements. The role requires a high attention to detail and involves standing for over 10 hours a day. You must be comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs repetitively and performing inventory counts.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, and palletizing.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and packaging processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes shifts from 7AM - 3:30PM or 3:30PM - 12AM, with some days requiring 10-hour shifts. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must follow GMP guidelines, including wearing hairnets or beard coverings if necessary. Jewelry is restricted to medical alerts and plain wedding bands. No false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, or exposed nail polish are allowed. Perfumes and after-shave are also not permitted in the facility.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
