Grill Cook – Hospital Café (Round Rock, TX)

**Pay:** $18.50/hour

Schedule:** Café open daily from **6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled **Grill Cook** to join our hospital café team in Round Rock. This position plays a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and cook grilled menu items to order, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards.

+ Assist with restocking, prep work, and other kitchen duties as needed.

+ Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with the café team.

Requirements:

+ Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar food service role.

+ Knowledge of safe food handling and cooking techniques.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

+ Flexibility to work shifts within café hours (6 AM – 9 PM), including weekends and holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AUSTIN, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
