    Description

    Robert Half is hiring for an onsite IT Support Specialist.

     

    Onsite 5 days a week

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Desktop support for onsite users

    • Provide technical support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, peripherals etc

    • Offer support for Zebra label printers, handheld scanners, and specialty devices used in operations

    • Troubleshoot and support RingCentral/VoIP phones,

    • Participate in local IT projects including hardware refreshes, network upgrades, and printer deployments

    • Basic network troubleshooting

    Requirements

    1+ years of experience in similar role/internship

    Mobile Devices, Active Directory, MS Windows 10, Service Desk Tickets, MS Office 365, SCCM
