JOB DESCRIPTION: Two (2) or more years in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels. * PMP Certification * CSM Certification * 2 years' experience with Microsoft Project * 1 years' experience with Azure Dev Ops Desired Skills and Experience * Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-year IT or transit program initiatives, including the implementation of cloud-based software solutions. * Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply hybrid approaches to meet project goals and timelines. * Experience working on state, regional, or local government projects, with familiarity in public sector processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. * Experience in stakeholder management and communication within public sector or regional government environments. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. * Proficiency in risk, issue, and resource management, including budget oversight and mitigation planning for high-impact initiatives. * Experience supporting organizational change and process improvement efforts within PMO or enterprise-level programs.
