Job Title: Title Processing Clerk
Job Description
Join a growing team that processes title work for the state of Indiana and BMV. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our expanding operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Perform clerical tasks including filing and sorting title documents and putting them in correct order.
+ Conduct administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents.
+ Verify information such as VIN numbers, make and model of vehicles.
+ Follow up via email with dealerships and auction yards.
+ Sort paperwork to ensure all information is complete.
+ Follow up to obtain any missing documents or information needed to process titles.
+ Provide administrative support and customer service to walk-in customers.
Essential Skills
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience in data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Good customer service skills.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
+ Reliability with no more than three jobs in five years.
Work Environment
This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break and 10-minute breaks. The team has been growing rapidly since merging with a larger company and has minimal turnover, demonstrating a stable and supportive work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
