    Seeking an Office/HR Administrator in the Cedar Rapids Area!!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office/HR Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and traveling employees at our largest campus. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and traveling employees.

    + Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, supply ordering, purchase order requests, and expense processing using SAP.

    + Manage a P-card if necessary.

    + Order lunches for meetings and campus events.

    + Maintain office appearance by stocking coffee, soda, and other supplies.

    + Coordinate with vendors for events and printing needs such as T-shirts, brochures, and posters.

    + Update business documents as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with SAP is required.

    + Proficiency in Excel is expected.

    + At least 1 year of office or administrative experience, which can include internships.

    + High School Diploma.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Experience can substitute if the candidate demonstrates discipline and capability.

    + New graduates are generally not preferred unless they have SAP exposure or relevant internship experience.

    Work Environment

    This role is 100% onsite at a fast-paced campus supporting two business units. The work environment is highly collaborative and feedback-driven, with a strong focus on employee engagement. The campus hosts regular outings and events such as baseball and hockey games, holiday parties, summer company parties, and ice cream socials. The position reports to an HR Generalist and offers a supportive team environment with leadership available for training and questions.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
