Job Title: AR Collections RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking an AR Collections Representative responsible for managing collections from assigned portfolio lists, reconciling accounts, resolving disputes, and establishing payment plans. The role involves tracking customer job balances, reviewing accounts for lien rights, and assisting with payment applications. You will also handle both outbound and inbound customer calls and perform various tasks and projects as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Receive collections from an assigned portfolio list.

+ Reconcile accounts within portfolio accounts.

+ Resolve disputes and establish payment plans.

+ Track customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights.

+ Review accounts for releasing lien rights.

+ Assist with payment application as needed.

+ Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers.

+ Perform additional duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in accounts receivable and portfolio management.

+ Proficiency in handling B2B collections.

+ Ability to manage a high volume of calls.

+ Familiarity with construction preliminary notices, liens, and releases.

+ Excellent customer service and revenue cycle experience.

+ Bilingual in Spanish.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma required.

+ 2+ years of B2B Collections experience.

+ Experience with high-volume outbound calls (50+ daily).

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a dedicated team of Collections and Credit professionals. There are no outside departments in the building. A hybrid work model is available after permanent placement. The company is committed to teaching and providing career flexibility, allowing internal interviews for different departments after a year of employment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
