    Description

    Responsibilities:

    + Coordinates promotions, inventory turnover, and associated costs.

    + Procure goods and services to support company operations and affiliated entities.

    + Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the most reliable sources for high-quality, cost-effective materials.

    + Conduct bidding processes and negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.

    + Manage and maintain purchase history records for reporting and analysis.

    + Track and report inventory for high-value items.

    + Assist the Manager with budget planning and forecasting.

    + Lead and coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests

    + Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.

    + Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

    Requirements for Success:

    + Typically requires a high school diploma/GED and 0 to 2 years of experience

    + Performs work under general supervision.

    + Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter..

    + Oral and written communication skills.

    + Organizational skills.
