    Stryker (Cary, IL)


    2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm

    What you will do

    + Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods.

    + Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues

    + Correct any inventory discrepancies.

    + Make sure all employees are following departmental safety rules.

    + Conduct mid year and annual employee reviews

    + Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet

    + Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

    What you need:

    Required

    + High School or GED

    + Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

    Preferred

    + Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

    + Formal training and leadership experience preferred

    Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
