We are seeking a Cloud Architect to design and implement enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) The ideal candidate will ensure scalability, compliance, and performance across academic and administrative systems.

Key Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

+ Advanced DBA skills and enterprise system support

+ Familiarity with compliance frameworks in education

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ Nice to have: Migration & integration experience, AWS/Azure, automation

Responsibilities:

+ Design and implement OCI-based solutions aligned with organizational goals

+ Assess current infrastructure and plan migrations to OCI

+ Develop strategies for scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency

+ Provide production support, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services

+ Lead legacy system migrations and establish best practices for data and application integration

+ Stay current with OCI advancements and drive digital transformation initiatives

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
