• Desktop Support Technician

    TEKsystems (Honolulu, HI)


    Overview

     

    We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Desktop Support Technician to assist with a PC Lifecycle Replacement Project. This role will focus on imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of PCs, as well as providing hardware and software support during the refresh process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Image and deploy new PCs as part of the refresh project.

    + Decommission old PCs and ensure proper data handling.

    + Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

    + Troubleshoot Windows 10 systems and related applications.

    + Assist with Active Directory tasks and Office 365 support.

    + Perform other tasks as assigned by the project lead.

    Required Skills

    + Windows 10 support and troubleshooting.

    + Desktop support and hardware deployment experience.

    + Imaging and refresh project experience (required).

    + Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Office applications.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Additional Qualifications

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when moving equipment.

    + Flexibility to work at multiple locations (preferred but not required).

    This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
