What** **you'll do:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting SAP Labs U.S. by ensuring operational excellence within our teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining our Development Pride and fostering a positive employee experience aligning to business needs for SAP Next Gen in the SAP Academy for Product and Engineering acting as the functional manager of the program participants.
_Key Responsibilities:_
+ SAP Academy for Product & Engineering (SAP&E) Program Manager
+ Responsible for running Onboarding and Upskilling E2E for the SAP Academy for Product & Engineering Cohorts (in-person in Palo Alto week of January 12-16 and July. Including Monitoring placement day and finalizing matches with teams and communicating placements
+ Responsible for organizing Onboarding and Upskilling E2E for the Summer Cohort (start date TBD, in July 2026)
+ Support the interview process for new cohorts (Nov-February)
+ Responsible for conducting 1:1s with the rotation participants and aligning with Labs US Strategy and Ops on management needs
+ Responsible for collecting performance feedback of rotation participants from teams
+ Alignment with LoB COO/Contacts for rotations vetting, hiring SAP&E, and tracking in program data
+ Update program data with current info on rotation placements, etc.
+ Manage and maintain the experience surveys
+ Communicate with incoming cohorts
+ Work with the Labs US intern for Magic Matchmaker / other Labs US topics
+ Support the organization of Lunch & Learns and other Social Committee activities
+ Project Management: Lead and support various projects aligned with team strategy and objectives.

_Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
+ 5 years of relevant work experience in operations or project management
_Skills and Experience:_
+ Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto three days per week.
+ Strong organizational skills with a collaborative and flexible approach.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams is advantageous.
+ Experience in event planning and coordination

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142500 - 242300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
