Are you a skilled HVAC or Plumbing installation professional who loves coaching service technicians, solving problems, and raising the bar for quality? Williams (https://willplumb.com/) is looking for a Lead Technical Advisor to provide hands-on leadership for our residential and commercial install teams.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert in the field - supporting crews, improving processes, and ensuring every job is completed with excellence, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and mentor installation teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant work.

+ Support service technicians in the field with technical troubleshooting and install guidance.

+ Coordinate job planning, pre-install meetings, and post-install quality checks.

+ Partner closely with Dispatch, Service Manager, and office staff to keep projects on track.

+ Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and commissioning reports.

+ Support standardized installation processes and help improve them over time.

+ Train and develop service technicians to strengthen skills and maintain required certifications.

+ Help transition completed installations into service and maintenance programs.

What You Bring:

+ Experienced in HVAC and/or Plumbing installation (residential and/or commercial).

+ Strong technical background with a passion for field support and team development.

+ A natural leader who enjoys being present in the field, not just behind a desk.

+ Organized, proactive, and committed to high standards of workmanship and safety.
