Shift: Days, 4x10hr or 5x8hr shifts with regular Saturday coverage.

_Primary skills utilized/learned:_

+ Administers/interprets appropriate assessment measures in order to form appropriate recommendations for the management of communication disorders.

+ Develops/provides treatment programs for patient populations ranging from children through geriatric.

+ Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

_Required Qualifications:_

+ Masters Degree in speech pathology and a valid State of Ohio Speech-Language Pathology Licensure

+ Must be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)

+ (or) must obtain certification: within 12 months of hire for a full-time employee, within 18 months of hire for a part-time employee

+ Possesses current BLS certification, or obtains within 90 days of hire.

+ Ability to travel to satellite locations.

_Physical Qualifications:_

+ May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.

+ May need to sit or stand for extended periods.

+ See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

+ Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
