+ Technical Leadership & Strategy: Lead the design and development of innovative solutions, provide architectural guidance to project teams, and define the technical vision for projects.
+ Technical guidance: Provide technical expertise, help resolve complex issues, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines
+ Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Project Management: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
+ Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
+ Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks.
+ Solution Oversight: Ensure that solutions meet key non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.
+ Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, technical guidelines, and best practices.
+ Process improvement: Drive process optimization across the organization and ensure solutions support best practices, like CI/CD pipelines.
+ Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their fit within the organization's ecosystem to drive innovation.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience required
+ Extensive experience in technology, with a minimum of 7+ years in the industry and 3+ years in a leadership role
+ Prior Project or Product management experience
+ Prior Azure DevOps sprint planning and code base management
+ Prior Code Review experience, self, and other team members
+ Experience building, testing, and implementing CRUD, MVC and Web API’s
+ HTML, C#, JavaScript, jQuery working knowledge, 1+ year experience
+ Microsoft SQL server maintenance and creation
+ PowerShell and other scripting platform knowledge and usage
+ Website operation, hosting, maintenance, and creation experience
+ Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS, Blockchain)
+ Networking experience (DNS, WAN, VPN, Firewall configurations)
+ Concept knowledge such as availability, scalability, maintainability
+ Internet Information Server (ISS) experience
+ High degree of professionalism in customer service and client interactions
+ Relevant cloud certifications are a plus
+ Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
+ Ability to assign tasks to the appropriate resource
