    What to Expect:

    + Coverage gaps in scheduling; will know schedule months in advance.

    + Collaborative team of 12 board-certified Neonatologists and 25 APPs to support NICUs across four St. Luke’s locations

    + Full complement of pediatric subspecialists

    + Support coverage for Boise, but occasionally Twin Falls as needed:

    + St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, Boise(largest NICU in Idaho) – Level IV NICU (minus cardiac surgery and ECMO), 800 annual admissions

    + St. Luke’s Magic Valley, Twin Falls – Level III NICU

    + Program highlights:

    + Longstanding Vermont Oxford Network (VON) member since 1992

    + Strong focus on data-driven quality improvement and evidence-based care

    Qualifications:

    + MD or DO from an accredited medical school

    + Board-certified or board-eligible

    + Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
