    Description

    Tyto Athene is hiring a **Project Manager** to join our growing team of Cloud and Compliance experts.We’re looking for an experienced professional to provide strong program and project oversight and delivery across our FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC compliance solutions.If you have hands-on experience delivering compliance, cloud, or infrastructure projects and a proven ability to lead initiatives, manage client needs, and communicate effectively, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in the cybersecurity, compliance, and cloud space.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage and oversee the delivery of cloud migrations, compliance solutions, and managed security services projects, with a focus on meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.

    + Manage schedules, resources and budgets for multiple projects, tracking milestones and communicating status updates to leadership through meetings and detailed reports.

    + Engage customers throughout project lifecycles and ensure strong levels of customer satisfaction.

    + Oversee project outcomes, track and resolve issues effectively and meet FedRAMP, FISMA and CMMC compliance requirements, monitoring reports and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

    + Allocate and manage technical and delivery resources for multiple projects and customers adhering to Statements of Work (SOWs) and budget(s).

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + 4+ years in ditect project delivery inclduing Project Management, Project Cordination, Customer Success, or similar role.

    + 2+ years experience with cloud, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA or CMMC) or infrastructure projects for commercial and government customers.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

    + Must have experience with schedule management, resource management, budget management, cost tracking, and services delivery.

    + Experience with managing multiple projects, customers and teams with a demonstrated proficiency of delivery best practices including regular status reporting and ensuring visibility of project progress.

    + Experience with change orders and change management

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-success mindset

    Desired:

    + PMP or ITIL Certification(s)

    + Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field. MBA or Master’s degree in technical or business field is desired

    **Location:** US Remote, must be willing to work east coast hours
