Job Purpose
Under general supervision, complete basic pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies, following established assembly procedures and work instructions.

Essential Duties
+ Maintain accurate job punch time using company supplied system
+ Build sub-assemblies, kits, and finished goods
+ Retrieve and maintain inventory in work cell locations
+ Clarify specifications by communicating with supervisor
+ Box finished assemblies
+ Clean up and organize work area daily
+ Assist other employees as required
+ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Position Requirements
Essential
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Six (6) to twelve (12) months of related experience
+ Basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills
+ Some problem-solving skills
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions and manufacturing procedure numbers
+ Experience using hand and power tools, and limited use of basic electronic test equipment
+ Basic computer skills
Desirable
+ Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, Maintenance or related Technical Degree
Work Environment
+ Factory environment
+ Full-time
+ Monday - Friday
+ Overtime may be required
+ Climate controlled
+ Limited outside environment work required
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
+ Ability to push/pull
+ Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn
+ In an 8-hr workday, must be able to sit 1 hr, stand 3 hrs, and walk 4 hrs
+ Good hand/eye coordination
+ Extensive periods of walking and/or standing
+ Ability to withstand exposure to heat and cold
+ Requires frequent repetitive elbow movements and simple grasping with both hands and occasional firm grasping and fine manipulation with both hands
+ Correctable vision

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
