Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Alloy’s strategic growth initiatives into 2026. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on driving insights across the full P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recurring financial and KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis for executive stakeholders
• Own and manage full P&L analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with Operations and Marketing to improve the accuracy of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting including automating and streamlining processes.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights that will support financial forecasting, inform strategic decisions, and support business processes.
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after onboarding)

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a closely related role
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience modeling with VBA, Pivots, Slicers, and nested statements.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Netsuite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in three-statement modeling
• Experience with CRM systems such as Service Titan or Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with Planful and NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience with SQL and querying databases to extract and manipulate data efficiently
