    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Project Analyst & Process Coordinator with a focus on telecommunications to work fully onsite in Washington, DC. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of telecommunication circuits, serving as the primary liaison and knowledge manager for tracking, coordinating, and ensuring timely provisioning. The position requires developing technical understanding of telecom circuits and processes while creating and maintaining process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the Radio and Core Circuit teams. Strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite—particularly Excel, Word, and Teams—are essential for data management and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, professional, and comfortable interacting directly with customers. This individual must be able to pass U.S. government financial and criminal background checks.

    Daily Duties:

    - Regularly meet with stakeholders on both the Circuit Team and the Radio Team to ensure alignment and address any procedural issues.

     

    - Manage and maintain the accuracy of all circuit trackers, ensuring they are updated regularly.

     

    - Actively assist in the coordination and management of new circuit orders from initiation through provisioning.

    Compensation:

    $36hr to $50hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordination, Process Documentation, or Logistics tracking role, preferably within a technical environment.

    • Expert Proficiency in MS Office Suite

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical or complex procedural information into clear, simple steps for a non-expert audience.

    • Strong organizational, data management, and meticulous attention to detail.

    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn basic telecommunication terminology and circuit concepts.

     

    Previous experience in a role focused on creating or managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or process flowcharts.

     

    • Eligibility to obtain U.S. DHS Public Trust clearance and pass financial/criminal background checks. ● Familiarity with collaborative cloud storage platforms, specifically OneDrive and SharePoint, for document management and version control.

    • Familiarity with foundational telecom terminology (e.g., T1, fiber, bandwidth, provisioning).

    • Experience with circuit ordering, logistics, or working directly with telecommunications vendors.

     

    Experience in documenting technical workflows or procedures.

     

    • Actively or previously held DHS public Trust Clearence
